Refund Policy:

Memberships to AgamemCon are fully transferable before the convention. If you are unable to attend for any reason and would like to transfer your membership to another person(s), please send a letter with names, address', phone numbers, and e-mail address' of both parties stating that you are transferring your membership(s). A copy of this letter should be sent to BOTH the convention AND the person who you are transferring your membership to. You will of course remain on our mailing list.

If you are unable to attend and cannot find someone who would like to purchase your membership from you (see transferring memberships above) we will happily refund your membership after the end of the convention. However, you must send us a letter with your name, address, etc. requesting a refund which must be received BEFORE the convention. We regret we cannot process requests for refunds received after the convention.
