Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer ("exhibitor") at this year’s convention. For those returning from past years, welcome back. For those joining us for the first time, welcome!

To become an exhibitor ("dealer") at AgamemCon IV, please follow these steps.

• Review the Exhibit Hall contract.

• Complete this Registration Form and make your checks payable to "AgamemCon".

• Send form and payment to:

  Attn: Exhibit Hall

• After we receive your payment, you will receive a letter of confirmation and the Exhibitor Space contract.

• Please complete the contract and mail it back to AgamemCon at the above address.

Each booth (exhibit) space consists of one 8’ draped table with two chairs and comes with two memberships. Exhibitors are responsible for providing any and all additional items such as but not limited to back tables, additional covers, bookcases, and other display items.

Additional services such as power drops, extension cords, power strips, and phone lines can be obtained from the Hotel at an additional charge. Please request a service order sheet from AgamemCon no later then four weeks prior to the convention.

You may bring and use your own power strips and extension cords with existing power outlets (where available) as long as they are fully compliant with all fire and safety codes and regulations.

There is no smoking in the Exhibit Hall. This includes any sort of combustible material.
